    Shipping & Delivery

    We ship to mainland Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the UK. For other destinations, please contact us.

    Mainland Portugal: 2-3 business days. Europe: 5-8 business days. Orders processed within 24h.

    Portugal and Spain: €7 per 6 bottles, free on orders above €60. International shipping: always charged, cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination country.

    Reinforced boxes with individual dividers and thermal protection to ensure each bottle arrives in perfect condition.

    Returns & Guarantees

    Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided bottles are unopened and in perfect condition. Contact us to initiate the process.

    We replace or refund any bottle damaged during transport. Send us a photo of the received product.

    Wines & Production

    We practice sustainable viticulture through the Happy Grapes Program® — minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts, no herbicides. We don't hold formal organic certification, but our methods go beyond the requirements.

    Yes! We offer guided tours with tastings. Book through the Wine Tourism section or contact us directly.

    Whites: Alvarinho, Arinto, Fernão Pires, Fernão Pires Rosado, Verdelho and Viosinho. Reds: Alicante Bouschet, Baga, Grenache, Sousão, Syrah, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Ramisco — all grown on our 30 hectares.

    Wine Club & PIPA

    Three tiers — Raíz (€29/month), Círculo (€69/month) and Vanguarda (€180/month). Each includes exclusive wines, discounts and event access.

    PIPA is our Virtual Sommelier — an intelligent assistant available via Telegram that helps you choose the ideal wine for any occasion, suggests pairings and answers all your questions about our wines.

    Yes, you can cancel anytime with no commitment. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.
